Use Apple Cider Vinegar For Healthy Skin

Updated on September 16, 2010

The skin is the largest organ of the body, and also performs many important functions. The skin not only helps eliminate waste from the body it also helps regulate body temperature.

Even though the skin provides protection from bacteria and other harmful substances it is very porous and can absorb certain substances easily. For this very reason it is very important to know what we are applying to our skin.

Many common skin products (make-up, lotion, soaps, etc) contain harsh and/or toxic chemicals. Apple Cider Vinegar taken internally and applied externally can greatly reduce and heal many common skin ailments. Apple Cider Vinegar contains Potassium, which the body needs in order to regenerate healthy tissue.
